Alcocebre belongs to the Province of Castellon within the Community of Valencia. Alcocebre is a passing of the Columbretes Islands and has many very important natural spots/places, situated on the coastal border of a large stretch of land reaching 12 kilometres. It's the leaf of Alcalá de Xivert, situated North East of the Province of Castellon. It's segment of coastline, bright and full of luminosity, with an abundance of beach and intimate rocky spots. Alcocebre has character for a happy and a variety of it's numerous fiestas. In January, we have the Fiesta
Sant. Antoni Abad (EI del porquet) that is celebrated on the day of 17 January. In February we have of more emphasis the Carnaval,
is a typical fiesta and has very fondest memories of Alcocebre and Alcalá. Another fiesta of great interest is Las Fiesta deis Fadrins
(Fiesta de I os Solteros) this is celebrated on 29 April. Las Mare de Deu del Desamprats, patron of the villa have the place of substantial
religious fiestas. Another fiesta of great interest is is the Fiesta de Las Fogueres de Sant. Joan that is celebrated on the 24
June its the longest day of the year and the celebration fiestas patron of San Juan Bautista and the sacred heart of Jesus that
is celebrated at the end of August. Fiestas of the Monks and the Christians and processions of Sant. Antoni in the summer and Santa. Lucia in December.
